Based on the classic Sandpiper, the Sandpiper 130 has been extended to 13 feet, given an 18 inch oval rear hatch, and a removable frame seat. Material
Carbonlite
Carbonlite material is a high-performance, co-extruded plastic laminate that is proprietary to Eddyline Kayaks. It is first made into a two-layer flat sheet with an ABS substrate for the “muscle” and a hard, abrasion and UV resistant exterior composed primarily of pigmented and clear acrylic.
