Umiak Outdoor Outfitters, Vermont's top paddle sport retailer, is seeking a seasonal employee to join our dynamic team in Stowe, VT. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a passion for outdoor sports and water activities. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior staff with boat repairs and outfitting

• Diagnose, prescribe, and set a plan of action for repairs

• Work on rudders, skegs, skid plates, rigging, and bodywork

• Help come up with cost estimates for parts and repairs

Work Hours & Benefits This position is 9-6 but varies on time of year and holidays. This position typically runs from mid-May to late September/October. An ideal candidate would be available for the extent of that time frame.
